This is the body which maintains Code and Conduct of the Medical
Practitioners Registered under this Act and to take action against
the erring doctors.
(ii)
This
Council also has got responsibility to see regular upgradation of
knowledge, techniques of practice and to impart the same to the needy
in the Society.
(iii)
To
maintain the Medical Registers and updating the same.
